Sound lag problem with recording and streaming on update 29.1.3

Good morning ! When switching to update 29.1.3, I have a sound/image lag problem, whereas when I go back to version 29.0.2 I no longer have this lag problem. I can't figure out where this problem is coming from if it's through the audio mixing or something else? Because on the audio mix I just have the desktop audio, my microphone and the VLC media source (for music), which changes according to my scenes. Is this where the problem comes from or not? There is no solution? I have had this problem since update 29.1, I have to go back to 29.0.2 each time where the problem does not exist.
This creates lags in streaming, as in recording mode.

Sorry for this repost again, but is this a solution? (because I don't want to do another installation of 29.1.3) I actually discovered that I had too many scenes that had videos that used the hardware decoding feature and that by creating collections of scenes it caused me to lower the graphics card usage too much. Does the problem come from there or is it another reason linked to the program?
But I doubt this is the case, because it doesn't do it for me on version 29.0.2

I also specify that I do not use any video plugins or filters. Can be Audio filters with VST filters.

Oh sorry! I hadn't seen that someone had responded to my old post at the time (at the same time I don't come here often and there are no notifications that alert me when someone has responded. There is new OBS (v30). So, you need to re-test everything again, then post you logs (do it where you wish).
