Question / Help Sound Issues

Hey guys I downloaded OBS to stream to Twitch, and when I'm streaming only my microphone audio comes out. well I use a blue snowball usb mic. In my mixer it says Mic/Aux and then my facecam. Shouldn't there be a desktop audio option there or how do I add one? I just want my stream to hear my discord channel, my voice, my gameplay, some music here and there. Please help.

Settings>Audio
Add your desktop device
or
add 'Audio Output Capture' source into the scene and set it to your desktop device in the source properties.
