Sound Issues when starting OBS

Hi everyone. Im streaming now for a year and was doing it with obs from the beginning. Since two days i have audio issues when im starting OBS. I can open what ever i want and it works well. When starting OBS, the sound is going crazy. So atm i canot stream with obs what is an issue for me...

Restart OBS in safe mode and see if the issue still happens. May be one of the plugins causing an issue.
If the issue not happens when starting in safe mode, remove all the plugins and start OBS normally. No issues, start adding one by one the plugins until you hit the one that causes the issue.
In the case that starting in safe mode the issue still happens, please do a test stream/recording while you're on safe mode and upload the log file and post here the URL to it.

Remember to backup the profile and scene collection before you remove the plugins. And if a plugin have a config file, do backup it too.
