Sound issue

So, not sure if it is a OBS issue, but I've been strugling with sound. We use Yamaha MG20XU mixer for sound and it is connected with usb to computer. Sound in the room is fine, but in computer (windows) and OBS is too low. Raised all volumes in the settings but keep getting low input. Output from computer is just fine
 
No help, but problem is still here. Audio input is better, but still very low especially on watching stream on TV...

I cant get audio out of my head phones at all most of the times.
I have a inexpensive ASUS ZENBOOK 14 inch and Im trying to do a reaction video. I watched a Youtube video that advised to go to Advanced Settings and click on "Monitor off" for the headphones, I did that. It worked for about 20 minutes and then it stopped. This morning it worked for one video, but not for another video that I was trying to play through OBS; then my headphones stopped working for even the initial video that they were working for in the beginning. I then tried another headphone set and those didnt work either. Both headsets were wired , so I ordered 4 pairs of wireless headphones. Hopefully one of those will work. Any suggestions?
