Hi, I am using a Razer Seiren Mini as the microphone for my Windows 10 desktop PC. Under Microphone properties, it says 1 channel, 16 bits, 48000 Hz (DVD quality). Before OBS, I used Windows's Game Bar. The mic could record my voice and Windows could play back the recording with my voice played back loud even I was far away from the mic.
However, when I tried to record using OBS, even I set the playback sound level to max and put my mouth very close to the mic at kissing distance, when I played back the recording, my voice level was low. Next, I played a youtube video on desktop and talked in front of my mic, again at kissing distance. When I played back the recording, I could only hear the sound from the youtube video probably because it covered my voice. Even the sound from the youtube video was not very loud. I also heard some echo.
What can I do to fix this problem? Under Audio Mixer, I have: Audio Input Capture from Mic, Desktop _Sound, and Mic.
