Also, the OBS Studio log does NOT provide anyone a map of your sources, and associated data paths (which may or may not be relevant)
Some Houses of Worship use the mic built-in to come cameras. Better setups will use the audio from Sanctuary sound system. but that you have to deal with audio/video sync (not heard, just something to account for). Some folks, to avoid the sync issue, will route audio into a camera (the NDI PTZ cameras I setup could do that, though we stuck to audio mixer straight into OBS Studio PC.
I'm wondering if you need to review Audio Sources, and if NOT using audio via cameras, make sure any Audio associated with camera is muted. I also found, for simplicity's sake that disabling Desktop Audio outright, and then ONLY having the Mixer as an audio source prevented a lots of 'oops'es
