Question / Help Sound delay

Hi, I am having a problem with my OBS sound. I am trying to record my piano keyboard with video and audio. When I play the notes the sound is very slightly behind my actual playing. Can anyone advise p[lease? https://obsproject.com/logs/n5u5walo1gX152VG

HI, I sorted the sound duplication problem that I thought was with OBS. It was not OBS it was my midi synth that was the problem I had it set on GS wavetable instead of none. Panic over!! I dearly hope people who have viewed this post will take some benefit from my stupid mistake.
