Question / Help Sound Configuration

Hello, i'm trying to stream a PC game with OBS.

My OBS Setup lets me turn up my speaks so that the Twitch Stream can hear the game sound.

The problem is that when volume comes out of my speakers it goes into my mic, then it makes a terrible echo sound

How can I configure my setup to where the Twitch stream can hear the game, hear my voice and I can hear audio through my headset and have my speakers muted so that it doesn't make noise that will go into my headset?

I know this is confusing so please ask if I should clarify something

Thank you much

What headset are you using? and are you able to plug it into the audio jack? (Just clarifying if it isn't just a mic)...

Okay, well what works for me, is I use my headset (obviously) for the microsoft and for audio, I use "Default" (found in the settings option). That should work. Just turn your speakers off when streaming.

Set your headset as your default output device, and set OBS to use your headset output as the desktop audio device.
