For days I've been trying to fix this and Im lost. When I'm streaming, my voice and in-game sound is fine (although there is a slight delay, but I think I know how to fix that). However, my sound represented in the Mic/Aux bar is clean and no doubling. but, when anyone else from my squad speaks, it is doubled so sounds like an echo. Tried changing sources, pretty much anything I found on the internet. Starting to lose my mind. Problem is - it's not constant. Sometimes it happens, but sometimes it's fine, or just appears right in the middle of my stream! Any ideas?Using Genius HS-400 headset with a mic, and that is my only mic. Plugged in the front panel, 3.5mm (no USB), so it is designated in OBS as a Desktop Audio Device - Realtek HD audio 2nd output. Microphone is set to default. Everything else is disabled.
Could be a problem in the Realtek Audio driver, or in Windows 10? I hear that lot of people are complaining about sound issues in Win10... Any suggestion will be appreciated, it drives me crazy!!!
Update: on my latest stream, whenever someone in Teamspeak would talk, both voice bars in the OBS sound mixer would move, on the mic and desktop audio??? Normally, my ingame sound and TS sounds are both under Desktop Audio, so bar would move when other people speak as well, along with the game sound. But now I had both bars moving when they speak?! And when I closed OBS, reopened it again, it persisted. When I closed it again, everything went back to normal. I do not know what to do anymore....
Btw, if that matters, currently my computer is connected to my Samsung 40'' TV through HDMI, so when I'm not using my headset, sound goes to TV speakers - naturally, when I plug in the head set, sound is reproduced only on the headset, as it should.
Any help would be appreciated, if needed, I'll post screenshots of the audio devices and similar.
