Hello,
I recently bought a G6. Everything works fine in games, youtube etc.
However, as soon as I launch OBS/Streamelements (to stream with my PS5), the G6 seems to crash. The sound is suddenly gone for the whole system, the LEDs are still lit. The only thing that helps is to unplug the device and reconnect it. But after a minute it happens again. As long as I get sound, obs is showing incoming sound like everything works fine.
This is my setup:
AMD Ryzen 5600G
Gigabyte Aorus x470 Gaming Ultra (newest Bios)
32GB Ram
GTX 1080
Elgato 4k60 Pro
I'm running the sound of the PS5 to the line in on the G6. The G6 is connected via USB to my PC. I've read a lot on reddit about general issues with G6. I already switched to PCIe 3.0, took a different USB cable for the G6, disabled onboard sound.
Any ideas? Or recommendations for a different sound card that works fine with obs and PS5?
