Question / Help Sound/audio

Just recorded a 30 minute video of me playing a game on my Xbox, using OBS but found out that it only captured my audio and not any from the game. I have my Xbox controller plugged into my computer with my headset connected to that. If I do that I only get my audio and if I plug my headset into the computer I only get game/desktop audio. How do I fix this?

Since I have windows 10 I have the Xbox app thing on my computer. I sign into that stream the game and then do screen capture on OBS and start recording. I somehow got both game and mic audio to come through, however now audio won’t come through my headset, but yet the mic on it works.
