Hi, I have a problem that I seem to find no solution for...
I installed OBS on this new laptop, made the settings the same as I did on a previous one (also Win10), but the difference is now OBS doesn't capture the sound from my camera.
I have a Canon 5D hooked up via HD Capture Device, that goes into laptop through USB cable.
When I used it on an old laptop, OBS got both picture and sound from this capturing device. Now it's only picture.
The mic on camera is on (indicators are moving), and when i check in Windows sound manager, the mic indicator is moving as well.
But still, the OBS indicator doesn't move at all. Even when I try to change all sound-related settings possible.
