Sound and video synchronization problem, possible error in Sync Offset processing

Hello. Unexpected problems with synchronization of video and audio sources have arisen.

Usually I broadcast using the MixPre 6 II recorder as an audio source and two 4K webcams - Logitech Brio and AverMedia PW513. Video and audio synchronization was configured quite a long time ago. Now I decided to connect a third webcam - LiteTrac. At first I synchronized MixPre 6 II and LiteTrac - delays of 420 and 0, respectively. But problems arose with other cameras. With delays of 0, Logitech is ahead of the MixPre sound by about 12 frames, and AverMedia by 13. Since fps is 30 frames, I set delays of 420 + 12 * 33 = 825 (approximately) and 420 + 13 * 33 = 858 ms, respectively (see Sync-3.png). To my surprise, I discovered that with such delays, Logitech and AverMedia are ahead of the MixPre sound by 8-9 frames. Setting the delays to 1000 ms (see Sync-4.png) and more practically did not change anything.

Since I need at least 2 cameras, I re-synchronized MixPre, Logitech Brio and AverMedia (0, 66, 231 - see Sync-8.png).

However, I need a third LiteTrac camera, but I can’t sync it yet. It should be noted that it is the "slowest". Maybe OBS has limitations on the size of delays? I have not seen any information about this anywhere.

Has anyone encountered such problems? How can this be explained and how to fix it?
