Question / Help Sound all of a sudden looping.

Right so I streamed for about 4 hours today without any incidents of lag, frame drops or what ever, now I've had a break and was going to resume streaming, but now whatever I do it's like OBS loops a certain amount of sound and just keeps repeating that over and over.

I do not have my own stream open. I am not using any speakers. I can mute the microphone and sound, then resume with only having the sound turned on and the error still exists.

I'm not really sure...what kind of mic and headphones do you use? Can you confirm that the audio devices are correct in OBS, and that those devices aren't set to be listened to by other devices? What tools are you using to help you stream? Can you post a video example of the problem?

By the way, that log shows you lagging an incredible amount of frames. You need to disable Aero if you are going to use Monitor capture, which is what is causing the lag. If you want to keep Aero enabled, you need to use Window capture.

I've done this before with Twitch and had my Dashboard open; the Stream Preview pane was hidden/collapsed, but still playing in the background apparently, and not muted. If it's still looping with your mic muted, *something* on your system is playing the stream audio back.
