Sorry, we're having trouble playing this video. -Facebook Live

For some reason, I am unable to stream from OBS since yesterday afternoon. Everything was fine and then I started getting the error "Sorry, we're having trouble playing this video." from the Facebook Live video previewer.
-I am attempting to stream to my Facebook Page.
-I can still live stream using my phone and using the "Use Camera" option from the Facebook Live producer page.
-I've uninstalled and reinstalled OBS on my laptop.
-I connected an external Logitech webcam to the laptop.
-I've installed OBS on a separate computer using the Logitech webcam.

I'm assuming you've setup your stream key to match what's in Facebook Live Video previewer?

There are times where I would tell it to use a Persistent Key...but that box would be unchecked and I would not see anything

I was trying to stream from OBS a minute ago and encountered the same thing. I uninstalled and reinstalled OBS. Facebook is making some changes. They have moved Facebook Live to creator. I wonder if this had anything to do with it. I was just streaming live Saturday and everything was fine.

I'm thinking it's a permissions issue. I logged on using my fiance's account who is an admin on my page and the stream is now working fine.

I used to get that a lot from FB. Stream was actually fine.... a browser refresh fixed the preview window... still happens occasionally
It is why I actually use another device (usually on alternate Internet connection, ie cellular) to truly monitor live stream, either that or a specific person at another location

My wife's account can stream but I can't get my facebook account to stream

I'm thinking it's a permissions issue. I logged on using my fiance's account who is an admin on my page and the stream is now working fine.

This problem also started just yesterday for me (sept.3) somehow the stream still works, it's just you can't view it, I also cant view any live facebook videos as seen in the pics provided, they're all just " Sorry, we're having trouble playing this video"

I tried updating my windows, updating my gpu, reinstalling browsers both firefox and chrome, nothing works, i can view streams on my phone fine so it's not my isp, I think something changed in facebook that broke something in the desktop version.

I have no Idea how to fix this, welp :(

This issue just started happening to me last week. I've been successfully streaming our church services for months and just last week, the FB Live preview window stopped working. The actual stream is fine. Are those that have reported the issue still having problems, or did you come up with a fix?

As for livestream preview in /Live/Producer - I stopped using IE/Win10 Edge, and using Chrome on Win10 and that is better (also, a number of FB video editing options show up only when using Chrome). So, I'd start there... use Chrome. For Preview, video has been better, but I still have to refresh occasionally (not every Sunday, but often enough that I train on volunteers on the issue). As no issue/impact to simply hit refresh icon on browser, not something I worry about
As issue happens on other browsers as well, I suspect simply bad FB code {we are getting what we are paying for}

That said, I had major SNAFU this last Sunday and couldn't even start my scheduled live event.. first time that has happened to me. I finally got it going after more than 10 minute delay... no idea what went wrong on FB end.. no change on my end before or after... simply FB Live Producer had a moment... ugh

Thanks. That helps. I didn't think it would be as simple as a browser refresh, but I'll give that a try. Funny it always happens when you hit the Go Live button. Up until then the preview is picking up the stream just fine.

I only use Scheduled Live videos, so I never hit Go Live...
By scheduling, non Facebook users can watch (URL for video is shown when Scheduling)
