Question / Help Sony Vegas 11 wont render file

So I recently updated OBS and now Sony Vegas 11 wont render any of the recordings I make. The file hasn't corrupted as I can watch it fine and I can upload it to youtube fine. But whenever I put it in Vegas 11 and move it to the editor to render it, the video wont move and when I try and render it it just sits there and the estimated time keeps counting up.
I know this is a incredibly specific problem to have but any help would be appreciated.

Vegas is up to version 13.

Vegas 11 should be fine. You need to make sure your files were recorded with CFR turned on, with AAC audio and not MP3 audio, and are in MP4 format.

In Vegas, make sure GPU Acceleration is set to Off, and that your render settings are set to "CPU Only" instead of CUDA.
