Yes, if they are being sent to different devices.
Look at Voicemeeter Banana.

You can achieve this by setting "Voicemeeter Input" as your default Windows output device, and then set whatever audio your music player is sending to "Voicemeeter AUX". You then record the default in OBS but not the AUX, and set Voicemeeter to allow you to monitor both devices on your hardware output device so you can hear it.
They have a quickstart guide, the setup is described on page 9.
