Question / Help Sometimes lags and screen tearing! What are the best settings?

Hello guys!

What are the best OBS Streaming settings for my pc build?

Specs :

Intel® Core™ i5-3470 Processor (6M Cache, up to 3.60 GHz)
Corsair XMS3 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 1600 MHz (PC3 12800)
Crossfire 2x MSI Radeon R9 270X Gaming 2G 2GB GDRR5
Fatal1ty Z87 Killer
My first Screen https://www.asus.com/Commercial-Monitors/VS278Q/
My second is an old Acer not big but i play on 1920x1080
Upload rate = 8.73 Mbps
Download = 48 Mbps

I have sometimes lags in emulators or any games and screen tearing too but why ? Maybe i need an perfect setting if anyone can give me one

did you try out to use game capture or window capture or desktop capture, probably some games work in different use better. at least a emulator could bring maybe problems in game capture, but i have not the experience with those problems.
