Question / Help Sometimes droping frames and stream lagging, what can I do?

Hello guys, it's been a while since I'm trying to stream with a good quality with a good configuration.

Later I had this configuration:

Phenom X2 555 Black edition 3.2GHz
4gb memory
HD 1TB Seagate
GTX 750 1GB ddr5

Now my configuration is:

Fx 8320e 3.2 turbo core 4.0 GHz
8gb memory
HD 250gb samsung
GTX 750 1GB ddr5
GA 78lmt-usb3

(changed my hd because somehow he died kkk)

My velocity of connection is 20mb D 20mb U

First I thought that if I change my configuration, my problem is gonna be solved. Well it solve a little, because now I can play and stream smoothless. But with my transmission something is going wrong.

So, I don't understand what is happening with my stream to froze after 10 or 20 seconds playing, or the frame drops.

I already format my hard drive, but the problem remains
Can someone help me with this?
