I am trying to help a friend to reduce CPU usage, it has Amd GPU and we do not get a good quality configuration,
There are too many options and we have tried some but it looks very pixelated (bitrate 6,000), and different types of quality.
Using 3.500 bitrate and x264 encoder looks perfect. (30fps 720p)
In my case with Nvidia and nvenc I achieve very good quality and it is easier to configure since there are not so many options, but I have no idea about amd.
If someone uses amd and achieves a good quality, I would like to know what your settings are if you are so kind, I am sure it is possible.
