Recorded a 2 hour long video, made sure it's quality wasn't god awful (as in it's probably still like 720p)

IT'S ABOUT 122 GB. WHAT.

The bitrate says it's 138098kpbs, the Data rate says it's 137906kbps, and i'm about to cry.

It's not even anything ridiculous I'm literally just recording myself doin' Roblox.

It's not clear what your issue is. If the file is too big for you, decrease the quality settings in Settings > Output. If the quality is too low for you, increase the quality (and the file size will be increased as well). Depending on what you record and what quality settings you used, the file size you got isn't something unusual.
