Question / Help Someone help me! Leauge of Legends stream.

Hey guys! I hope u can help me out.

So when im streaming league of legends and i'm in the lobby and i alt tab to browse on the internet or something i get a black screen because the league lobby client is not selected.. My webcam is showing though in the blackscreen..

What can I do that obs keeps showing the league lobby client when its not selected?

I'll upload a picture so u can see what I mean.

So basicly the left screen shows when i have the league client selected. But when league is not selected it looks like the screen on the right.

What can I do that the left screen always shows except when I am in game?

You turn off studio mode. Sounds like you're a bit confused on what studio mode is.

The left side is the "edit" view, and won't show up on the right "live" view until you click the transition button. If you don't know why you need studio mode, you should probably just leave it disabled.

I know what it is. But it still does not help my problem. On the left side my league of legends was not selected. The moment i select league of legends it goes to the right side to the live side.

My question is. When I wanna browse on the internet or something I want my client to remain on the right side on the live side so that my followers can see the client and not the black screen. But when I go on internet that means internet is selected and not league of legends it goes to the black screen with the webcam.

So how can I keep streaming the league client whenever Im browsing on the internet? Because it goes to black screen whenever I open a other program and league is not selected.

Yes im using the automatic scene switcher.

I have one that changes from the league lobby client to the ingame client.
And that works. If i alt+tab when im in game it keeps showing the ingame gameplay.

Then when the game has ended and we go back to the lobby it works but only if the lobby client is selected. But then when i open google chrome or a other program and the lobby client is not selected it goes to the black screen.

I tried putting another automatic scene switch from the ingame gameplay back to the lobby client but that doesnt seem to work.

What I need is that the lobby client is always selected or captured by obs so that is shown on the live stream even when i open other programs on my computer. For instance google chrome.

But I have no idea how.. :(

You can set the automatic scene switcher to show a specific scene when no window is matched, make sure that it's set to the desktop/lobby scene and not the gameplay scene.

For whatever reason I cant get it to work.

It switches from lobby to ingame and then when i alt + tab its streaming my gameplay even while i browse on the internet. But when the game is done and i return to the lobby it doesnt auto capture the lobby client.. only when i click on the lobby client and it becomes active it will show the right screen, but then when i open for instance google chrome or an other program and the lobby client is not on top obs will stream a black screen.

I have no idea how to get this to work..

Can you screenshot your scene switcher settings? Might be something obvious there I can help with.

I have 2 scenes. LeagueQue which is the lobby client and LeagueInGame which is the game client.

What I first tried is, switching from the lobby client to the ingame client. (this way when i alt+tab when im ingame its still showing the ingame gameplay but then when im out of the game the lobby client is only recognized when its on top. which causes a black screen if doing something else.)

And now this is from the picture how i have it now, i tried the league lobby client to change to the league lobby client and added another from the game client to switch to the lobby client. (this works it switches from the lobby to the game but when i alt tab ingame it shows the lobby client and not the ingame gameplay.)

What I want is when im in the lobby client i can freely do whatever i want without it going away. And when i start a game that it changes from the lobby client to the game client and captures the gameplay even though im alt + tabbed doing something else.

But i feel its only going to be one way and not both ways how i want it.

Remove the LeagueQue from the scene switcher list, and see if that works better. That way it will be LeagueInGame if you're in-game, and then the Lobby scene for everything else and it shouldn't step on toes that way.

Fenrir's last advice didn't work cuz "Lobby scene for everything else" meant that "when i alt tab ingame it shows the lobby client and not the ingame gameplay".
