Somebody can you help me i am new to obs settings

Hi guys which encoder would people advice on a single pc that is Razer blade 2020 Base model setup for gaming and streaming gta 5 with natural vision evolved What settings would people advice me to use. I am a youtube affiliate and Intel Core i7-10750H 6 Core, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 Max-Q, 15.6" FHD 1080p 144Hz, 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD and upload speed is around 17mbps with wifi could u tell me best settings please and which to use

Open OBS.
Go to the Tools menu.
Select 'Auto-configuration Wizard'.

After it's done setting a baseline, you'll want to use NVENC (new), with the Quality preset, Lookahead turned off, and Psychovisual Tuning turned off. The wizard will probably already set these, but it's good to check anyway.

Also, NEVER stream over wifi. Get a network cable.
