I admire your desire to test all these things! But YouTube always re-encodes anything you send it; your test would be better on Twitch or as .mp4 downloads. When you see one video has worse quality than another on YouTube, you never really know if its YouTube's fault or the original video's fault.

you can literally see no difference between QSV on the 2700k and 4770k. Thats most like because youtube crappy encoder has covered all the tiny differences.
