Question / Help Some stutterings while recording Overwatch?

Hello.
Ive got a problem with OBS Studio. I switched some days ago, I used the old OBS before.
I am recording Overwatch at 720P60FPS. Most of the time it works good but sometimes and while the finishing-screen appears, I have some lags in the video and OBS Studio says "High encoding. Lower preset or change encoder." Not exactly this but its like that. How can I fix that? I dont want to get below 720P60FPS. Whats the problem? OBS Studio says that my CPU is just chilling while recording, with 8% to 13% usage.

Settings:
Encoding: x264
CBR
Bitrate: 15000, even stutters with a bitrate of 500.
Preset: Ultrafast

System:
Mainboard: MSI H170 GAMING M3
RAM: Corsair DIMM 16GB DDR4-2133
CPU: Intel Core i5-6500 - 3.2GHz
Graphics Card: MSI GeForce GTX 960 Gaming 2G

Bitrate has no bearing on this, and you're using bad recording settings. You shouldn't be recording with CBR, nor should you be saving directly to mp4.

But that's not your problem.

Your problem is that your video card isn't getting the frames back to your system fast enough.

Post a screenshot of gpu-z please.

Basically your system can't record 720p60 while also playing overwatch at the same time.

Is there a way to fix this without new hardware or make it better? Dont really know why I invest 1000 Euro in my PC but it cant record Overwatch on 720P60.
Just to understand it... What part of my system is the problem? Will I have the same problem with other games like Dark Souls III or NieR: Automata?
