Hello ! Recently i've installed OBS and i've tried a lots of setting but my video quality is still bad. Can you help me ?

PC SPECS :
-Intel Core i5 4690 CPU 3.5 ghz
-Video Card Nvidia geforce GTX 960
-8 gb RAM
-System Model B85-HD3
-Windows 10 x64
-Monitor Resolutin: 1680x1050
