Question / Help Some problems

My first question is why I'm getting a black screen on Guildwars 2, while I can stream normally Dota 2. (Both with game capture). Changing to window capture works sometimes for GW2, sometimes it doesnt. I'm not on laptop, I got only one GPU (Geforce GTX760). I tried it as global resource as well, no change.

The 2nd problem is, when I try the log analyzer i get the following suggestion:

Bad resolution / FPS / bitrate combination
The combination of settings you are using will likely lead to a low quality stream with artifacting and other problems. Consider either raising your bitrate or lowering your resolution / FPS (qval: 0.033)

I don't understand this ratio. I'm playing Dota 2 with 70-120 fps, GW2 with 20-60 fps. My bitrate setting is set to 3500 (buffer size same). What should I change?

It may just need to be run as admin, some games require that. Also combining that with game capture hotkey can also help alleviate issues.

especially not with that cpu .. 1st gen i7 are kinda weak so 60 fps at your native resolution stresses your cpu extremly

Hmmm then I got the following questions:

-When CPU gets stressed, it affects the stream 1st rather than my game?
-If I overclock the CPU, will it be able to do 60 FPS (or at least improve at terms of FPS stream)?
-How is resolution related to FPS?

1. Depends on which has higher priority.
2. It would help a little bit but not enough.
3. 1680x1050x60 = 105 840 000, 1280x720x60 = 55 296 000. Higher resolution per frame increases CPU load by a lot, and it also needs a lot more bitrate.

1. Will it help if I increase the priority of the streaming, since I have no effect on the game so far?
2. Can you estimate how much FPS can I achieve through OC?
3. How much bitrate do I need then? Cause I can increase it to about twice what it is now.

1. You can try it to see for yourself. It's hard to say ahead of time.

2. You can try it to see for yourself. It's hard to say ahead of time. But probably not that much more. It depends on how much you OC.

3. If you're streaming on Twitch, don't go above 3500kbps. If you want to improve picture quality, then reduce framerate to 30, downscale your resolution, and/or use an x264 preset below veryfast (such as faster or fast). Changing the x264 preset will increase CPU usage considerably, though.
