Question / Help Some Problems with Blackmagic Intensity Pro 4K

Hey There

I have some problems with my new Blackmagic Intensity Pro 4k.
Now i installed the drivers 3 times and was testing with diffrent settings and HDMI cable (Yes, High Speed ;) ), but there is an issue with the 4k capture in OBS or any other programm i had tested.
For 1080p i there are no problems to capture, but when i swich in 4k in obs i have three screens in one (shown in the picture bellow).
One Picture is the half of the screen (No flickering) and the other two on the right side flickering around.

Have any other guys of you that problem or know any of you the solution for that?

If the problem you're seeing is happening regardless of program, you should be contacting blackmagic support.
