So, I've been using OBS Studio to record gameplay, I think it's one of the best programs out there but lately, I have hada a very annoying problem, sometimes during a video, only some parts of the video gets pixelated. My video bitrate is set to 10000 so I don't think that'd be the problem.

It ends up staying like this for around 10 minutes and dissapears again, I have no idea if my bitrate is too low, which I think it shouldn't be, or if it's another thing causing this
