Question / Help Some OBS questions

I have some questions about OBS audio. When i stream it takes a bit to get everything synced and make sure all the different input audios from elgato, blue yeti mic, music (soundcloud).

Because i have to sync up the volume of the things i use and the timing to make sure the volume/mic sync up with the game and the mic. to make sure when i talk my cam doesn't lag and when i talk about something in game it is happening as i talk.

I was hoping there was a way to have the volume as it is being broadcasted to twitch.tv to come out of my pc synced up with what is showing on OBS so that i can test the volumes and timing of everything.

Some other questions are sometimes when i stream people say my video is buffering every 3 tor 5 seconds and other people when they watch it it is super smooth. is there anything on my end that could be causing that?

I stream on twitch.tv/qpmonkeymikeqp if you want to see my setup or check my audio. Also i export my clips to https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCEEotpoRGTlzy5JOBWyU2Kg

my biggest thing is setup time. if i could cut down on how long it takes me to set up and sync everything i would be set. i have been streaming for maybe a month now and it has been getting easier.

I also am planning on upgrading from widows 8 to windows 10 soon so if you have any comments on if i should wait not let me know =]]

Thanks for all your help!!!!

I can only comment on some of the things:

Elgatos (and all USB 2.0 based capture devices) are notorious for having audio/video desync problems. The solution is to get a USB 3.0 or PCIe (preferred) capture device instead.

As for viewers reporting buffering, that means they can't download the bitrate you're sending. You can make it easier on them by decreasing your bitrate (but this means your video quality will be worse). You have to decide yourself on the tradeoffs here.

A lot of people have been reporting all kinds of Windows 10 problems. You should probably wait a few months. There's no real advantage to updating now anyways, not until you want to stream a DirectX 12 game at least.
