Question / Help some mp4 files not working...?

some video files work, but some don't, i don't know if they just don't save properly or what is happening... plz help and if u know how to get those videos working that would be awesome too because i had some really good highlights in them.

Might happen if OBS didn't close out correctly or if you used MP3 audio instead of AAC. Post the OBS log file from when you recorded it. Post the Media Info from the .mp4 that won't play.

Saving directly to mp4 isn't recommended due to how the file format behaves when the files don't get finalized properly.
It is far more recommended to save to FLV (or MKV in studio if you need multitrack audio) and remux afterwards if whatever program or service you're using doesn't support the format you're saving to.

Additionally, windows media player's media format support is abysmal. Use VLC instead.
If the files don't play in VLC then they are probably irreparably corrupt.
