Question / Help Some lag problem.

Hello there.

Dunno how to explain " effectively " my problem (because my english is really bad), but I'll try. :'

I tryed 7424156 differently configuration and I got the same problem, real stream or just preview...
OBS is lagging, always 60FPS, always the bitrate green, but it's lagging.
With the lowest config, different games (always 60FPS or more ingame), Aero disable or enable, game capture or software capture, CBR / CFR or not, 1 or 2 monitor, Multithreaded disable, OBS 64bit or 32bit, same problem.

I see the lag on the view screen, but always 60 FPS written.

Log Preview Stream :

Try using a faster encode than Medium...usually keeping it at veryfast is recommended.

Though your log doesn't seem to indicate performance problems. This is a local recording...are you trying to stream somewhere? Are you seeing lag on stream?

Same thing with Veryfast, Ultrafast and yes, lag on stream too. ^^'

I thought it was my internet or something, I mean maybe the lag come from the stream, Twitch.tv, etc...
But no, the lag is in local.
It's why I really don't understand where this lag come from.

(I can't stream atm, my internet is busy, but I will post video stream + log asap.)

I am missing something, but what...

I just watched the video and saw no lag. The log says no frames lagged or dropped. I think the problem is just on your end, having trouble downloading and playing the file back on Twitch.

I downloaded the video and it's laggy with MPC-HC too...
I have tested with another computer and it's laggy, video on Twitch or not.

Can you see the lag on this ?

I don't understand, 0.91% but it's lagging the whole video. :|

Nvm, thanks for your reply. ^^

Yep, looks great to me...I'm not sure why it would be choppy for you. Maybe your computer is having a hard time playing back 60fps?

MiniTokki

New Member
I don't know why, when I watch other stream / video in 60FPS, I got no lag...
Or maybe not ? I'm confusing now. xD

Anyway, if it look fine for ppl, it's good.

Thanks !

Your video is running fine at an exact real 40 fps on twitch. 60 on external players. try disabling hardware acceleration from flash settings.
