Can anyone tell me what these attached crash logs mean? Thank-you.

One of a few things.

Most likely: Update your BIOS. There was a known issue with early Ryzen BIOS revisions.

Second most likely: Unstable overclock.

Least likely: Hardware (i.e. RAM/mainboard) failure.

Does this rule out 3rd party software causing it? I coincidentally started crashing the day I started using this audio-ducking program:

I don't think so, no. The crash is coming from the x264 encoder itself, which usually indicates some kind of hardware instability.

The good news is that OBS v21 that just launched has native Sidechain/Ducking support through the compression filter, so you can just uninstall that either way.
