Hello Obs Forum,

I was streaming GTA IV tonight and it was looking fine for about an hour, i had a few viewers on mixer, I had a window of my stream open on my phone to see how it looked.. One was my friends was watching and informed me that the picture all of a sudden started glitching...i looked at my phone and yeh it was glitching out hard.. he said it was fine the whole time he was watching.

*please see attached screenshot.

I thought it might be something to do with 240hz monitor. I capped game at 60fps and lowered some graphics setting but it's still happening. I then decided to try another game which has never had an issue streaming (Mordau) and the same graphical glitching is occuring. Im confused.

Any advice would be much appreicated.

Pc specs if curious: i7 8086k, 32gig 3600ram, rtx2080ti, asus z370, running two monitors - benq xl2546 at 240hz and a 165hz Omen by Hp 27inch.

Cheers.

23:46:40.194: Output 'adv_stream': Number of dropped frames due to insufficient bandwidth/connection stalls: 34969 (625.0%)

That doesn't seem physically possible.

Pretty sure that percentage is not right, but I'd say the issue is related to at least temporarily insufficient bandwidth.

Thanks for your reply mate, I think you are right, I've tried with a different connection and it works fine again. :D
