Hello,

I just bought a new webcam and when streaming I get this black ring in the middle of the video feed.
Any ideas how to get rid of that?

Have you proven to yourself that this ring is:

- Not etched on the surface of the lens
- Doesn't appear when using the webcam's preview software
- Doesn't appear in other webcam applications

Since you don't state any of the above, nobody is going to be able to help you unless your prove to us that it only appears when using OBS Studio while recording or streaming.

That doesn't look like a software issue. More of an issue with the lens on the webcam.

I think it looks like a protective film that hasn't been removed for the lens..
