I've recently started noticing a high variation in what my bitrate is. For example, if I have it set to 2500 it will jump from 2200 to 2800 or 2900. It's just too unstable for viewers. I had some say it was constantly buffering for them. I always have 'Use CBR' checked and 'Enable CBR Padding' checked. I've tried disabling 'Use Custom Buffer Size' and enabling it but to no avail. I have a hardwired 5mbps upload and I don't drop any frames. Here's my log (click me) of my stream. I just want to solve the unstable bitrate problem.
