i have a big problem with my ingame recordet sound... ist very tinny/metal...

i googled around 2 hours to fix this but found nothing that solved it...

i hope anyone here can help me..

Does your headset have virtual surround and is it enabled?

yes is have but i turned it off for a test and it´s the same! Logitech G933 Artemis Spectrum

i tested again and quited the Logitech gaming software and it´s truly the same

Okay,

the problem is the Headset... buyed a razer Kraken pro V2 and it works afer uninstalling the logitech gaming software!

There is no other way i found than buying a new headset... googled 2 weeks for different solutions!
