Question / Help [SOLVED] Strange Video Glitch on Stream

I've been trying to stream on Twitch and keep experiencing this strange glitch on my stream. It doesn't appear on recordings, the Twitch Inspector seems to think the settings are fine and it doesn't even appear to be as bad on clips of the stream. The fps seems stable despite the glitch. If anyone can help me with this, I would really appreciate it.

You really should be using game capture and not window or display for binding of isaac.

It may be caused by your killer networks network adapter or some other part of your network corrupting the packet.
Is the picture keeping the distortion on the stream for a long time or only for about 2 seconds?

Only about 2 seconds.

Then it's a packet corruption, and if it's fairly consistent about what screen it's coming up on, it's probably your killer networks network adapter or your router.

It seems to be the network adapter, problem solved by me using usb wireless adapter. Thank you so much!

I seem to be having the same issue but I don't know how one uses a usb wireless adapter. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I just googled it and it seems to be a device you have to plug into your computer, but I've been streaming without issue on OBS for months now without having to have an adapter plugged in. This issue only started happening last week.
