Hi everyone,

bug report for this post : here

After the Creators update, i've install the 18.0.2 but nothing change.

When i play cs:go i got around 400-500 Fps.

If i launch OBS, the fps stuck at 80-90Fps.
If i start the stream, it the same.

i play with a 144Hz monitor, so my eyes cry :D

Cpu: i7 4790K
Gpu: GTX 1070
OS: Win 10 64Bits Home
Stream encoder: NVENC

Log file: https://gist.github.com/anonymous/0492db8c7ade3e7815893543a56e2b0f

Thank you.

For some reason it's still getting memory capture instead of shared texture. Make sure you don't have any 3rd party graphics mods or similar. Conflicts with Game Capture: Other capture programs, Razer Synapse (disable heatmaps), graphics mods like ENBSeries and SweetFX, and any type of software or utility that displays an in-game overlay like EVGA Precision, MSI Afterburner, RivaTuner, TS3/Mumble overlays, Dolby Axon, Raptr, Overwolf, etc. If you use D3DGear it must be uninstalled completely.

I don't use any overlay.

I've disable the steam overlay, close afteburn (not using the overlay), uninstall synapse stats, but no change.

I haven't install any software, just install the upgrade.

What can i check too ?

EDIT: i 've disable somes thing, and it's ok. My FPS aren't stuck. I will try to find the culprit.

Go to C:\ProgramData\Razer\Synapse\ProductUpdates\Uninstallers\Razer Stats or something like that.

There is an uninstaller. Start it et reboot after. it's done ;)
