Hey!
Just recently set up to stream from a older computer I have, but having some weird issue with OBS.
When I open it I can see the preview just fine and its smooth, no choppy, but the application around it is unusable. It freezes over and over again and I can't click anything and expect anything to happen within a couple of seconds if at all. This happens without me starting the stream or recording. Tried both 64 bit and 32 bit client and its the same on both.
I checked the log and outside of memory leaks I couldnt say I saw anything wrong? Attaching it either way.
To be clear. OBS does not crash, but it might as well be crashing because I cant do anything with it.
It was working earlier so it has to be something in the sources I added, but its hard to find out what caused it when it went from working to constant freezing without me doing anything.
I tried while writing this (it is that bad with the freezing that I can type this while waiting for it to do what I clicked) to create a new scene collection hoping that would clear out any source related issues, but it looks like that froze it completely. The video preview is still perfectly fine, but OBS around the video feed is frozen.
EDIT: Looks like its frozen, but as soon as I click something else it does what I originally was waiting for... its hard to explain, but I clicked new scene collection and after waiting for that I clicked something else to get it to freeze so windows would close it down and when I did that the new scene collection box popped up right away. After adding a new scene collection as well it looks like the issue is gone so it is source related, but I have set it up exactly the same as I have on my gamer PC that i used to stream with before and I do not have anything like that happening there
EDIT2: It is the videocapture source doing this. It works if I add it to one scene, but if I add the same source (Not as a new source, but the actual excisting source) to a new scene, it starts doing that... So I guess for now Im just gonna not have my gamecapturesource in more than the live scene, but I would still like to fix this
