I tried with x264, but i cant get 900p stable 60fps, its dropping like 50-55 fps.. Even if its preset superfast. I have 1440p baseresolution, and output it 1600x900 filtered 32 samples and 60fps.How you guys set up your cpu encoding?

That one's showing some minor GPU overload, and the download frame from gpu timer is a little high, even with x264.

Could you get a screenshot of the first tab of gpu-z with your 1080 selected?

It very well could be that, also if you're running your games with no framerate cap, that doesn't help.

Yea i im, In fortnite there is cap in 144, and game is running maxed like 80-100fps. And Pubg there is 144fps cap.

And if you temporarily disconnect the second display after moving all windows to the primary?

Because if you're not reaching the FPS cap you have set, you're definitely overloading the video card.

But every game there is not even option to limit fps to some point.. Thats is worked perfectly to this point, but now its causing problems.. Why. :D There have to be some reason why its doing that..
