Please help, I am a full time streamer and artist and useless with this!

My stream crashed twice, and the second time OBS would not load again so I had to restart my PC. It was hugely disappointing.

My PC was performing fantastic at 1080p60fps no frames dropped.

I've attached the log file and crash report.

Really need the help, please!

Oh really? Interesting..

Thank you for your time. Any advice on how to possibly fix this?

I have a few different drivers installed. Does it say any driver in particular?

I have G Hub, Logitech Webcam Software, possibly another one.. thank you so much!

From our factoid bot:
Here’s how to install native UVC drivers for your webcam:

  • Open Device Manager.
  • Expand Imaging devices.
  • Locate the name of your camera in the list and right-click on it.
  • Select Update Driver Software…
  • Click Browse my computer for driver software.
  • Click Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer.
  • Check Show compatible hardware, and then select USB Video Device.
  • Click Next and follow the on-screen instructions to update the driver.

Hmm my webcam is not located there which is bizarre.

In Sound, video and game controllers, there is:

HD Pro Webcam C920

But nothing in Imaging Devices

I followed the same steps and there is "USB Audio Device" but no "USB Video Device"
