Question / Help SOLVED Multiple OBS instances with same Blackmagic Decklink Quad inputs (streaming towards different outputs)

Hello everyone,

I'm trying to have a second instance of OBS running with almost same settings as the one I'm already running (PIP with 2 inputs on a Blackmagic Decklink Quad), only difference will be the streaming output service and bitrate. However I'm seeing all black image when adding the inputs. I tested adding a 3rd input (not being used by the other OBS instance) and it did show video.
Is there a restriction of any kind I'm missing? or is there any way to get this done?

You can only add each input once. Driver limitations.
You can use NDI to relay the input sources from one instance to the other.
