Question / Help [Solved] Lag / In game screen tearing when streaming

Having problems with what seems to be some kind of screen tearing.
While attempting to stream World of Warcraft, when i turn the stream on or preview it, there is like lag across the in game screen and preview screen in OBS. Its like the size of rectangles going from left to right across the screen in different places, not ridiculously but in maybe one or two places and it is noticeable.

No idea what is causing this so any help would be greatly appreciated.

problem solved

aero disabled when using game capture
