Question / Help [Solved (kinda)]Stream gets very very laggy in game, but not outside of game.

Hey guys, like title says, my stream gets super laggy, pretty much unwatchable in game. I have been messing around with the settings all day, and nothing has worked. The settings i'm using currently are what the OBS Estimator told me to put, but if anyone can help me, that would be greatly appreciated.

Actually, there is no problem. I checked the stream, and it was fine. It's only lagging on the OBS program, but the stream is fine on Twitch.
