Question / Help [SOLVED] Internet, keyboard, and mouse disconnect when I try to stream.

Problem: After 3+ minutes of streaming, OBS disconnects my PC from the internet. It also disconnects my mouse and keyboard, (Razer Naga and Razer Blackwidow, respectively) making them unusable. OBS then gets caught in a loop where it trys to reconnect to Twitch servers with no luck. Since I cannot Ctrl+Alt+Delete or Alt+Tab I have to fully restart my computer in order to regain my control.

Important Info: This just started today since I started messing with settings since my Shadowplay no longer recognizes my webcam. I am using the NVENC encoder for the first time and I started with the NVDefault in NVENC preset and just tested it with the High Performance with similar results. This occurred regardless of the game being full-screened or windowed, but the mouse and keyboard disconnect did not happen while windowed. Though a note is that the windowed games crash after the internet disconnect happens (I assume because of disconnecting from the Steam servers). I also tried two different Twitch servers with no luck. Also I know it does not disconnect all USB devices because my Blue Yeti and my webcam work during the reconnect process. I also cannot connect a new keyboard or mouse during the reconnect time. I also use a Wifi adapter since I cannot wire an Ethernet wire to my computer. The adapter is up to date with the latest drivers.
And before being asked to post log file: https://gist.github.com/955b37e9c057c6214ed3

Goal: A solution that uses NVENC encoding so I do not have to suffer frame drops because of my AMD CPU.

Any help would be appreciated.

Looks like you have a lot of USB devices... on an AMD chipset. I would guess that you're suffering from USB interrupt overload (esp. with an FXx100-generation CPU/MB). Try reducing the resolution of your webcam to something ilke 640x360.

Also as to the Razer gear going offline, but everything else still working... that points to an issue with the Razer drivers. I would contact the Razer team and let them know what's happening.

As to the reconnect loop... would your wireless adapter also happen to be USB?

Either way a BIOS update for your motherboard and updated chipset drivers from amd.com might help lessen/resolve your issue(s).

Advice One: I reduced the webcam resolution in OBS but have not tested it. I also unplugged my extra webcam. I will note that Skype causes this issue as well... This happened when I was on Skype with a friend while playing Town of Salem.

Advice Two: There are no current updates, but I know I updated them recently. The recent update might have caused some issues.

Advice Three: I tried updating but the adapter is OLD so it will not update... I might get a new adapter. Yes the adapter is USB (TP-Link TL-WN822N)

Advice Four: I tried updating my BIOS but it did not work. Just like my adapter, my motherboard is OLD so ASUS stopped supporting it. Also tried updating the CPU with no avail...

Extra Notes: I find it weird that any issues are happening now... My PC was fine in Windows 7 and the first few days of Windows 10 everything was working perfectly... And it only happens when I am using my internet extensively, such as streaming and playing games while on Skype with friends.

Sorry for not being able to act on that many of your recommendations... I have been saving my funds towards an Intel CPU so I can stop being behind the times. I will test the slight changes I did (hopefully) tomorrow. Thank you for the advice.

SOLVED!
My webcam (Logitech C615) was causing issues with OBS, Skype, and any other application that used webcams. By uninstalling the drivers for the webcam and then reinstalling them I fixed the issue. One possible root for this error would be enabling the auto updater tool for the Logitech Webcam Software which I enabled before the issues occur. I was able to determine the webcam was the root of the problem because the webcam would not register for Shadowplay. Perhaps Shadowplay knew that using the webcam would not capture and chose not to use this. Regardless the problem was solved and I am happy.
