[Solved] Impossible to save profiles

I've managed to add a second graphic card in my main PC (gaming PC) and to successfully install drivers so both are correctly detected.

When opening OBS, I went in OUTPUT and VIDEO settings to make changes, like canvas resolution, but none are saved when I close OBS and restart it.

I've checked OBS's directory, everything is fine, no read-only is set.

I've checked the obs-studio\basic\profiles\basic.ini file and it seems to not be edited by OBS (resolution is not changed, timestamps proving it)

Found why : OBS wasn't launched in admin mode (the shortcut I used in a menu launcher wasn't triggering the admin mode).
I successfully launched in admin mode and things are correctly saved in the ini file.
