Question / Help Solved: Global Hotkeys

Hello everbody,

1st, sorry for my bad english. It's not my primary language.

My problem:
I set Hotkeys to switch scenes like: CTRL + SHIFT + ALT + 1
It works fine, but only when OBS is the active window.
Is another window active the Hotkeys no longer works.

i searched in this forum, but the only solution i've found, is to start OBS as Administrator.
I do that, but it makes no difference.

Any idea how to solve this problem?


My system: Windows 10 64-bit | OBS 18.0.0.


EDIT: Okay, i've found out only occurs with my Pheh MC 128 (a programmable keypad).
There i've set the Hotkey-combination to one button. Whren i pressed the keys on my normal keyboard it works.

In other software it works, but not in OBS?!

So ..... I found the solution.

2 days i tried to get it work. 5 minutes after i wrote it here at the forum, i have found the problem.

The Button frequency of the programmable keypad was to high. i set it down an now it works.
I think OBS doesn't regonize it, when it's to high.
