Question / Help [SOLVED] Fps drops after 20 minutes (Frames missed due to rendering lag)

Like the title says fps drops to 20 sometimes 6 even i have r7 1700 gtx 1060 my internet has 25 down 5 up i really need help i couldn't find any solution and this is not abot my connection i am not dropping any frames by connetion. and cpu is never maxed out.

SOLVED i learned after a long research problem was frames missed due to rendering lag. And gpu was not even maxed out. Anyway problem fixed by clean install of windows 7. Looks like i won't be using windows 10 for a long time.
