Bug Report *SOLVED* Cursor is in the Wrong Position when I Stream / Record

Hello,
I have been using OBS to stream and record my games lately and I love it, I barely get any fps drop, and it's great, except that my mouse cursor is "off center" whenever I record. I have tried reinstalling OBS and even tweaking some settings, but nothing has worked. I don't really want to not have a mouse cursor, but if it comes to it I will disable the setting in OBS. I found the solution! All I had to do was to go into control panel > appearance and personalization > display > click on "Let me choose scaling level for all my displays" > Click on 100% at the top, and I was done!
